Rohrich’s Pledge: Never A Penny Over MSRP

After the last few years we’ve had, we know that folks need reliable salespeople just as much as they need a reliable vehicle. That’s why the days of price haggling are over, because we are already giving our customers the lowest price possible. Rohrich has pledged to not price any of the vehicles on our lot over the MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). Meaning that the price you see on our stickers is not a penny over what the manufacturer suggests the vehicle should cost consumers.

“Rohrich has been a family-owned business who has served the Pittsburgh community for over 80+ years.  We do not feel the need to take advantage of our loyal customers for short-term profitability.” explained Rohrich Toyota Sales Consultant, Jason Hudson.

Customers have mentioned that other dealerships will mark-up their prices over the MSRP, allowing them to use the higher pricing as a sales negotiation tactic. Hudson says that this type of practice is not only a waste of his customers’ time, but more importantly, goes against Rohrich’s mission as a dealership.

“We have built a trust with generations of Pittsburgh and surrounding communities’ buyers. We don’t want to lose that.”

The way Rohrich conducts business is about always putting our customers first. That’s why avoiding price gouging above MSRP allows buyers to cut through the red tape and get into a reliable vehicle quickly and with a reasonable price tag.
