Rohrich Toyota is looking for a Service Desk Assistant that will assist the department in maintaining high customer service standards! This is an entry-level position with room for advancement.


Writing internal repair orders

Getting repair approval from warranty companies

Road testing vehicles to verify repair

Strong customer interaction

Helping to maintain the appearance of the service department (no heavy cleaning required)

Assisting with ASM duties when the ASM is off

Answering phones

Schedule appointments with outside vendors

Keep the vehicles flowing through the service lane


Available to work flexible hours

Self-starter mentality

Must pass a background and drug test

Valid driver’s license is required
